RHEA - Reaction qualifiers
Reaction qualifiers are assigned automatically whenever possible.
- MA
- Mapped. Every reaction participant is mapped to an
external database (namely ChEBI) which provides
required data.
- FO
- Formuled. Every reaction participant has a formula
to be used for stoichiometry check.
- CB
- Chemically balanced. Assigned automatically to reactions
which have been successfully validated.
- PO
- Polymerization. Assigned automatically to reactions with at
least one participant whose coefficient is of type polymerization.
- CR
- Class of reactions (part of the ontology?)
- TR
- Transmembrane transport
